Jean E. Paul
Jean E. Paul founded JEP, Inc. to bring the management discipline he developed over about 25 years in real estate finance, development, construction and related operations to a wider range of clients.
His background includes mortgage financing and brokerage, construction management, real estate investment and business ownership. Across his career, including work through affiliated companies, he has been involved in more than $15 million of residential redevelopment.
He leads every JEP engagement personally, from the first assessment to the final report.
